Tailored 4 Week Training & Nutrition Exercise safely & efficiently during your pregnancy with my tailored Pregnancy Strength Plan.
My pregnancy strength plan includes:
- 4 Week Training Plan (ensuring exercises are safe and trimester specific)
- Recipe book.

Your training plan can be home or gym based depending on preference and will be delivered via my app where all exercises are accompanied with clear instructions and a demo video to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly.

After 4 weeks , if you wish to continue, we will review your program and adjust as necessary.
You’ll also receive a bonus recipe book containing 30 recipes - breakfasts, sides and small dishes, main courses and desserts. All macro counted and featuring MyFitnessPal barcodes on each recipe.

A weekly review will be conducted where you will complete a short online check in form so I can track progress, and make any necessary adjustments. Weekly Feedback will be delivered via voice note.
