Hello, I'm Dee!

Based in Kilkenny, having gone through my own weight loss journey, my passion for health & fitness led me to making it a career which I live & breathe! After completing my training in Australia back in 2015, I gained valuable experience in the Australian Fitness industry and brought back the knowledge acquired there to further enhance my skills and knowledge here in Ireland.

I currently offer Online Coaching and have various Online Training & Nutrition Plans available  tailored to both 1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching. I also do One on One & Two on One Personal Training  & Small Group Training from my studio in Bennettsbridge. As a mother myself I understand how daunting it can be to return to exercise, you’re unsure what to do and when or where to start or when pregnant you may feel apprehensive as to what you can & can’t do. My goal is to educate women and help them to feel strong, fit & healthy from Pre pregnancy, throughout Pregnancy and during their Postpartum journey too.

My main aim when working with each & every client is to not only make them feel & look good on the outside but to also teach and show them how to improve their relationship with food, how to exercise efficiently and how to sustain results long term.

I am a big believer in sustainability and want to ensure that the results you get are sustainable past your program length with me – education is key and learning how to live a healthy, happy & balanced life is so important for long term success.
